Zadima is pleased to offer complementary standard ground shipping throughout the continental U.S. in all our orders. We want you to feel amazing. If it’s not the one, send it back within 14 days. No questions, no stress. You can request a return here.
What’s your return policy?
AWe offer free returns. Refunds are offered for items returned within 14 days of your
delivery date. Items must be returned to us unused, unwashed, and with all ZaDiMa
tags still attached. If a return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to you. The
refund will be processed upon receipt of the return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, your refund will be initiated. Please allow 10-14
business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
How can I return an item?
To start a Return or Exchange, head to ZaDiMa and enter your order number and
shipping zip code or your email address. Once confirmed, you can select which item(s)
you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.
